How SipMX products and services are delivered

1. Digital Delivery Only
SipMX LLC ("SipMX", "we", "us", or "our") is a software and cloud services company. All products and services are delivered electronically. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical goods of any kind. There are no shipping charges, handling fees, or physical delivery timelines associated with any SipMX purchase.
2. Software Licenses
Software licenses include SipMX Core, SipMX Gateway, SipMX Tools, and SipMX DeviceSDK.

6. Delivery Confirmation
For all purchases, you will receive:
- An email confirmation of your purchase and delivery details, sent to the email address associated with your account
- A record in your member dashboard showing your active licenses, subscriptions, and download history
If you do not receive a delivery confirmation email within 1 hour of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us.
7. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues accessing your purchased product or service — download failures, provisioning delays, missing credentials, or any other delivery problem — contact us immediately. We will re-deliver or resolve the issue at no additional charge.

8. International Delivery
Because all delivery is electronic, SipMX products and services are available worldwide. There are no geographic restrictions on delivery, though access to certain cloud relay regions may depend on your subscription tier.
